Prior to backing up your systems, we’ll make sure all of your components are compatible with one another and if any new hardware or software is required we'll let you know prior to any work being done and make sure you understand exactly what work will be performed.
Data Backup and Recovery Setup:
We’ll setup and install any software and hardware required to perform the backups to meet your requirements.
Validation:
Once the initial backup is complete, we’ll verify the backup and make sure it's working properly.
Demonstration and Questions:
We’ll demonstrate how to get the most out of your new backup system, answer any questions you may have, and make sure you’re completely satisfied with our service.
